Hoag Addiction Treatment Center, part of the Hoag Neurosciences Institute, is the oldest substance use disorder treatment center in Orange County, California. The center offers 24/7 access to a dedicated team of physicians, clinicians, and nursing staff who create personalized treatment plans for each patient. Residential treatment, known as SolMar Recovery, includes one-on-one and group therapy, 12-Step meetings, physician consultations, and integration with the Hoag alumni network. Hoag also provides outpatient care, medical detox, dual diagnosis treatment, ongoing recovery management, and family support, all rooted in a 12-Step-based approach.

For over 25 years, Hoag Addiction Treatment Center has served working professionals, young adults, chronic pain patients, and individuals with dual diagnoses. Their holistic approach incorporates yoga, mind and body awareness, and art therapy into treatment plans. The facility features comfortable common areas, private and semi-private bedrooms, individual therapy spaces, and outdoor patios.
