Fresh Start of California provides individualized detox and residential treatment for adults and couples seeking recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. Their programs address root causes of addiction, including trauma, co-occurring mental health disorders, and environmental factors. Clients receive 24/7 care from experienced nurses and doctors, with medication-assisted treatment (MAT) available as needed. Residential therapy includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), 12-Step therapy, yoga, art, music, process groups, and group therapy. Couples counseling and gender-specific groups are also offered, with 3-5 hours of individual therapy and 30 hours of group therapy weekly, complemented by weekend excursions to enhance social and emotional recovery.

Fresh Start offers a comfortable, serene environment with private and semi-private rooms, smart TVs, weekly housekeeping, and nature views. Their holistic, integrated approach also includes dual-diagnosis treatment with access to psychiatrists, registered nurses, and supportive therapy groups. After residential treatment, clients can continue care through outpatient programs or sober living, while alumni events, follow-ups, and ongoing support ensure long-term recovery.
