The city of Lancaster, California is an interesting one, to say the least. They have a historical side, a quirky aspect, and an impressive feeling all mixed into one sunny Southern California city. On the historical side, Lancaster was first a water pickup point along the railroad in the 19th century. On the quirky side, Lancaster has a Musical Road that plays the Lone Ranger theme song when it is driven on. On the impressive side, Lancaster has grown hugely in a very short amount of time, going from approximately 38,000 residents in 1977 to more than 168,000 residents today.
Even though Lancaster is an interesting city, it still has the fatal flaw that many cities do: cocaine abuse and addiction. If you or someone you know is addicted to cocaine, it is a good idea to seek treatment for them or for you as soon as possible. Cocaine overdoses are possible, and the longer you wait, the more likely that is to become.
Treatment likely would include a combination of therapy and medications (although medications are usually just used to treat the symptoms of withdrawal).
